Our programmes

We offer a range of treatment programmes to meet each dog’s individual needs. They include: a Basic Programme, Advanced Basic Programme, Seniors Programme, Fitness and Stamina Programme, Obesity Programme and just fun swims. An appropriate programme is chosen for your dog and tailor made to meet it’s individual requirements.

An initial consultation can last up to one hour during which time we like to familiarise your dog to us and our environment. A gentle introduction to the equipment and general assessment of your dog is made. Subsequent sessions can last up to 30 minutes.

Costs

Please call for an up to date price list. Many Pet Insurance companies will cover hydrotherapy if it is advised by your Vet for a particular condition. We recommend that you call your insurer to check.

All single swim sessions or courses of treatment are to be paid for in advance of commencement.

Arranging an appointment

We only swim dogs by Veterinary referral—all dogs, including fitness or fun swims must be accompanied by a registration form signed by your Veterinary Surgeon to include relevant clinical details about your dogs fitness and diagnosis. We suggest that you initially contact your Vet to discuss whether hydrotherapy would be suitable for your dog. If you have any questions or your Vet would like to discuss a case before referral please contact us. We can fax a registration form to your vet upon request.
